“I had severe neck, shoulder, arm and back pain. My thumb and forefinger was 75% numb. The only relief I could get was sitting in a spa. I would have to get up in the night every 2-3 hours and try to walk the pain off, and apply hot and cold packs in order to obtain some relief.

I had never heard of decompression therapy. Two days before I was to go in for neck surgery, I saw an ad in the newspaper by Dr. Hanson. So I decided to give it a try because I was trying to avoid surgery and injections. Also I was scheduled for injections 3 days before that, which after hearing possible side effects, I decided not to have the injections either.

After my treatments I am pain free most of the time which after enduring two months of severe pain, is quite welcome. Not having to undergo surgery has been quite a mental relief. Now I am able to sleep all night, do almost anything I want, but as of this writing I have yet completed the full complement of treatments, so I still have to be cautious. No weight lifting or jogging for now.
